Our Story

Paramount Coffee started with a simple vision from our founders: to be recognized around the world as a specialty-grade, premiere Philippine Coffee producer. We aim to produce consistent, high-quality Arabica coffee to compete with other coffee giants globally and to establish the Philippines on the international coffee map.

Our story originates in Mt. Apo, the highest peak in the Philippines, where the fertile volcanic soil allows Arabica to naturally thrive. We primarily source our fresh coffee cherries from the local tribal cooperatives in order to maintain their culture and way of living, as well as to provide an avenue for their income. Doing so likewise contributes to the area's reforestation and preservation. We recognize that fostering the holistic growth and livelihood of our partner farmers will allow us to consistently serve you with only the best quality beans the country has to offer.

We are proud to have one of the country's first certified Q-grader and Q-processing professionals since 2016. Together with one of our founders' experience in the export and agriculture industry, we have combined these qualities in order to produce the finest specialty coffee in every bag.
